A Safe Place to Land:
In February 2025 we lost a very dear friend and team member. They were incredibly empathic, and offered friendship to anyone they saw struggling, and offered their heart and their home to any friend who needed a safe place to land when in a crisis.
To honor their memory, we want Pancho’s to become that safe place. A place where anyone struggling with mental health, or who is just having a really bad day, can come to relax, be fed, and feel safe.
If you are experiencing a crisis, please come speak to the staff and we will do our best to help you to find the help you need, even if it’s just a slice of pizza and an empathetic shoulder to cry on.
The Pay it Forward Board:
At Pancho’s Pizza, we want to provide a way for our amazing customers to help others who are less fortunate to have a meal. Pay It Forward is a program set up to assist families and children who are in need of a meal. Here’s how it works:
As an amazing customer, buy a meal and add anything from our menu to your order. The menu item is placed on our Pay It Forward board.
As a deserving recipient, pull a menu item from the Pay It Forward board and bring it to the counter. It’s that simple 🙂
Our wonderful staff and customers will not ask questions or monitor the Pay It Forward board. Please respect all of our customers and staff.
Our hope is there will be menu items on the board at all times, but we cannot guarantee it. As we are rebooting operations, many systems are being rebuilt from scratch, and we hope to see this program take off again, because it is something we can all, as a community, be proud of.
